Summermash Boston 2008 roundup
Mashable.com held their Summermash Boston event tonight at The Roxy in Boston. Overall it was a great time for me as I met a bunch of people in my line of work. Drink tickets were used, pictures were taken and prizes were given away (TripAdvisor raffled away an iPhone and gave free 256mb flash cards to everyone).
So here’s my breakdown:
- I met Chris Brogan and incorrectly guessed his job title not once, but twice. He is a “typist”.
- Alex from Better Lesson needs a full time PHP coder/architect-but-not-really-an-architect employee. The service offers a network for teachers to share lesson plans. Give him a shout.
- Sara from DandyID founded an ID service that connects your social web accounts and makes them accessible to everyone.
- PermissionTV has a video platform like no other according to one Hill Holiday employee. After checking out their product – I agree.
- Chrystie might have had a couple drinks.

I agree with Chris – nice pic of the Owl, and I agree with you – Chrystie might have been over-served.
Oh, and PTV’s video platform is like no other.
